We make great beer, and lots of it.

We're proud to say that Barley Creek is the Pocono Mountains' original brewpub. We've been brewing amazing craft beer on site since 1995. A full grain mash brewer, we've brewed more than a hundred different styles of beer in the past 20+ years. We had so much fun brewing beer that, in 2016, we decided to open a distillery too!

We make small batches of great big spirits.

The batches may be small, but the spirits we make are anything but. It's like we always say; it's not the size of the still, it's the skill of distill. So far, we've crafted a variety of vodkas, whiskeys, rums, moonshines, gin, agave spirit, and ready-to-drink canned cocktails made with our spirits, including our Moscow Mule, Barley Palmer, and 11:01 Vodka Cranberry. Stop by the pub to taste our spirits and take a bottle of spirits or some canned cocktails home with you!

You can enjoy Barley Creek craft spirits at the original Barley Creek location on Sullivan Trail in Tannersville, at our Barley Creek Tasting Room & Pub at the Crossings Premium Outlets, and at a few of our favorite local establishments. You can also take home bottles of spirits, canned cocktails or gift baskets from both Barley Creek locations.
