Barley Creek Distilling
At Barley Creek, we handcraft small batches of great big spirits, such as whiskey, rum, vodka, gin, agave spirit, and moonshine. Our on-site distillery features a 50-gallon, six-column customized Hillbilly still that was hand-made in Western Kentucky. Our still can control temperature variations to within 1/100th of a degree, allowing for a clean and consistent flavor.

What makes Barley Creek Spirits different?
For one, big-time brewing mojo. At Barley Creek, we've been passionate about hand-crafting beers for more than two decades, and we've had a great time doing it. Now, we're bringing that same passion for innovation, excellence and taste to our distilled spirits. We use pristine water from our own 700-foot artesian well and then add only the highest quality ingredients to our distilled spirits.
Barley Creek Whiskey
We use three different kinds of malt for an extremely smooth finish. Our whiskey is distilled twice, aged in small, custom oak barrels, and then bottled at 80 proof. It's woody, with creamy notes of pear and vanilla. In addition to our barrel-aged whiskey, we also offer honey whiskey and peanut butter whiskey.

Barley Creek 11:01 Vodka
Named for Barley Creek's original opening time (before we started serving breakfast), our 11:01 Vodka is corn-based and distilled to 191 proof. We use our own artesian well water and extensive carbon filtering to craft a clean, neutral spirit with just a hint of sweetness. Enjoy our original 11:01 Vodka, or check out our flavored vodkas, including Vanilla, Orange, Blueberry, Peach, Raspberry, and Bacon. Yes, Bacon. Perfect in Bloody Marys!

Barley Creek Rum
Our spiced rum is made with Blackstrap molasses and pure cane sugar. We age the rum in small barrels for a big taste, along with orange zest and a secret blend of natural spices. Totally delicious and pirate-approved! We also offer Silver Rum, Coconut Rum, Mojito Rum, Chocolate Banana Rum, and Pumpkin Rum.

Barley Creek Gin
Our Gin is a distilled gin, which means all the flavors come from the distilling process, not from soaking botanicals or adding other flavoring. Speaking of flavor, it's primarily juniper berries, with a blend of other natural botanicals, including citrus peel, licorice root, lavender, cardamom, angelica root and coriander. Our gin is 90 proof, dry and has no added sweeteners. Let the fun be Gin!

Agave Spirits
You can't call it tequila unless it's brewed in Mexico, but our Agave Spirits are made from blue agave, triple-distilled and unaged, with a smooth lovely taste that won't be upstaged.

Moonshine
Get your shine on! Our flagship moonshine flavors include Coffee, Maple and Lemonade Moonshine. We also offer seasonal moonshine flavors!

Ready-to-Drink Canned Cocktails
Hey - you can't take your bartender with you everywhere, so here's the next best thing: craft cocktails in a can! We use our own Barley Creek craft spirits in our Moscow Mule, 11:01 Vodka Cranberry, and Barley Palmer. Expect new flavors to come out soon! Barley Creek canned cocktails are available to-go at our original Tannersville location and our Tasting Room & Sports Pub at the Crossings Premium Outlets in Tannersville.
